An incredible true story of survival and forgiveness
Eva Kor and her twin sister Miriam were captured by Nazis and experimented on in Auschwitz as children. Despite struggling with her traumatic past, Eva decides to forgive her tormentors.
It was an absolute honour to get to tell Eva’s story, who unfortunately does right before we finished production. It is her voice narrating the film and the message she gives is one that we’ll never forget.
Made for the BBC.
They delivered a truly fantastic piece of work. Their talent, creativity and sense of fun shone through the piece. Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and put together a great script very quickly. The team set a clear timetable for the work – including storyboards, review points, time for tweaks etc – and stuck to it.Cordelia Hebblethwaite Commissioning Editor, BBC
